Great location near the Duomo. Breakfast was fine, but rooms felt very old and noisy.

The location is absolutely amaizing. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite good for a continental one. The staff was preasent and friendly.
The lift is too small, so having a lot of suitcases, I had to travel several times up and down to bring them all to our room.

Great location! But room was small
The staff were helpful and polite! The location is excellent, just a few steps from the Duomo and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast selection was good. I appreciated the clean room and the reliable air conditioning during a hot spell.

The hotel was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful with directions.
It would have been nice to have a shower that was attached higher up the wall.

Breakfast was reasonable, I loved almost everything.
The food was outstanding with variety of alternatives.

The breakfast offered a nice variety, including homemade cakes and hot options like sausage and eggs, which exceeded my expectations. The staff at reception were very helpful, arranged alternative transport to the airport when my ride didn't show up. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, compact but met my needs, and the air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable . The room could also benefit from additional soundproofing, as street noise could be disruptive at times.

For a city centre hotel on a budget this hotel is great. It's three minutes walk from the Duomo. No frills are promised and none delivered. If you are planning to do nothing in the hotel other than sleep, then look no further.Staff were friendly (all except one who had obviously just finished a 'rudeness for receptionists' degree) and spoke English well
The hotel is very noisy at the front - especially on the lower floors. Closing the shutters, windows and curtains keeps the room quiet enough to sleep well though. The breakfast is very frugal, but the coffee is good.

The hotel with well laid out and a nice size rooms, in a very comfortable area, right in centre of Milan. Knowledgeable staffs, gave a few recommendations. Reasonable and adequate breakfast with particularly good coffee, pleasant views. Magnificent location, 10 minutes' walk to a Renaissance fortress.

The details you care about most
What a gem in the heart of the city! An excellent location just steps from the Duomo, with friendly staff who go the extra mile for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, though the dining area can get a bit crowded. Clean, comfortable rooms made it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Location is perfect.
These isn't an iron in the hotel and even any room services like ironing, cleaning etc. Standard rooms are very small.

Its location is excellent, just a minute from Metro, Tram and Dummo.
If the staff can be more friendly and there are more choices for breakfast, it would be more nicer to stay in Hotel Rio.
